About The Position
This ad is for one part-time Behavior Technician at our ABA Clinic. The part-time position could turn to full-time depending on need. As a Behavior Technician in our ABA clinic, you’ll be part of a supportive team that celebrates progress. BT’s provide 1:1 therapy with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst implementing individualized treatment plans. Job Description: Under the supervision of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (BT) will work one on one with a child with autism spectrum disorder. They will implement treatment plan goals and follow behavior protocols. The BT will collect data on skill acquisition as well as behavior reduction and write detailed notes at the end of each session. The BT will also assist with toileting and meal preparation for each client. The BT may also be asked to lead small group sessions and assist with material preparation.
