About The Position
We are looking to add Bartenders to our team. Looking for Banquet Bartender and Bartenders for our restaurants. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our club/resort mission.
Requirements
- Hospitality or related industry experience
- Previous experience in high-volume, fine dining bar-tending or banquet bar-tending
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Follow proper cash handling procedures
- Complete orders for beverages and supplies
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display
- Maintain a clean and neat work area
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- Wash bar glasses/dishes
- Checks ID for all guests and complies with state and federal laws
- Demonstrates effective sales techniques to up-sell food and beverage products
- Response to questions and special requests
- Provides information and directions
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
