Our Franchise Partner is seeking an experienced Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist who is passionate about helping others. With your prior knowledge of identifying hearing loss and offering effective solutions, you’ll integrate seamlessly, ready to hit the ground running.
Requirements
- Active license in the state of Nevada as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals
- Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics
- Professional, growth-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, trust-based environment
- Conduct hearing evaluation consultations
- Educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions
- Recommend appropriate hearing aids and accessories
- Provide long-term after-care services
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals
- Track KPIs including conversion, revenue, and follow-up compliance
- Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts
- Maintain a full schedule through proactive engagement
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
- Accept coaching and implement feedback quickly
- Demonstrate ownership of personal results
