About The Position
We are seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined Laundry Field Technician to service, repair, and install commercial washers and dryers in apartment building laundry rooms throughout the NYC metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and independent field work. We will train the right candidate.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude (“gear-head” mindset)
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently

- Appliance repair experience
- Electrical or plumbing experience
- Pump or motor experience
- Commercial laundry experience
- Automotive mechanics
- HVAC technicians
- Building maintenance techs
- Trade school graduates
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial washers and dryers
- Install laundry equipment in multi-unit residential buildings
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and plumbing issues
- Communicate job status with our operations team
- Maintain professional appearance at client properties
