About The Position

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Registered Associate or eligible for registration (AMFT, ASW, APC) or recent graduate. Licenses professionals are also welcome to apply.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance use treatment and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to providing culturally competent care and promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality guidelines.
• Successful completion of background check, drug test, physical, and TB screening.
• Valid driver's license and proof of active personal vehicle insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Strong interest in substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment; prior experience in the field is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments related to mental health and substance use disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and clinical recommendations
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions in alignment with program curriculum and best practices
• Provide family therapy and support when clinically appropriate
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation support in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (medical, nursing, case management, and support staff) to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Uphold all ethical, legal, and professional standards of care
• Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations
