About The Position
As a YMCA Camp/Clinic Staff member, you will help youth prepare for success in sports. You will assist with leading cheer sport camps and clinics, interact with and supervise youth, and provide role modeling and mentoring through demonstrations and participation in sport activities. You will also communicate with parents and guardians about participants’ achievements and concerns. The Youth Sports team helps children find success in sports, stay physically active, and build positive self-esteem and self-worth.
Responsibilities
- Assist with leading sport camps and clinics.
- Interact with and supervise youth.
- Provide role modeling and mentoring through demonstrations and participation in sport activities.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss youth participants’ achievements and concerns.
