About The Position

Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, an employee-owned company providing portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. The Yard Laborer maintains the quality, cleanliness, and repair standards of Honey Bucket units and helps with deliveries, service, pickups, repairs, and temporary fencing. The role involves lifting 75 pounds or more throughout the day and working in a fast-paced environment and in all weather conditions. This is full-time, year-round work with overtime opportunities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM, with some weekends. Weekly starting pay is $19 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more and perform repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a physical exam and pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work long hours in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, cleaning, and repair standards for Honey Bucket units.
• Assist with deliveries, services, and pickups.
• Help repair units.
• Set up and dismantle temporary fences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
