About The Position

Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, an employee-owned company providing portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. The Yard Laborer maintains the quality, cleanliness, and repair standards of Honey Bucket units and supports deliveries, servicing, pickups, and temporary fence work. The role is full-time, year-round, with overtime opportunities. The listed schedule is 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, subject to change to 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. during summer months; overtime and weekends may be expected. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

• Experience with hand and power tools is ideal.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds and perform repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a physical exam and pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work long hours in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, cleaning, and repair standards for all Honey Bucket units.
• Assist with deliveries, services, and pickups.
