About The Position

A Yard Laborer performs various tasks to support daily warehouse and storage-yard operations. The role helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area and supports the business through loading and unloading, preparing rental units, cleaning and restocking trucks, managing inventory as directed, and assisting service technicians and P&D drivers. The position involves operating and tending trucks, trailers, and forklifts, using hand and powered tools, and following supervisors’ instructions and work plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Skilled use of hand and powered tools, including drills, saws, nail guns, and forklifts.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Attentive to detail.
• Able to work with minimal oversight while following directions closely.
• Able to align with and support Stallion’s Mission and Values.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehousing and/or labor experience.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare returned rental units.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Clean and restock trucks.
• Manage inventory as directed by the immediate supervisor.
• Operate and tend trucks, trailers, and forklifts.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions and implement work plans.
• Assist Service Technicians and P&D Drivers with their duties.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and storage yard.
