Yard Laborer
About The Position
Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, an employee-owned company providing portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. The Yard Laborer maintains the quality, cleanliness, and repair standards of Honey Bucket units and supports deliveries, services, pick-ups, and temporary-fence work. The role involves physically demanding work, including lifting 75 or more pounds, and may require long hours in all weather conditions. This is full-time, year-round work. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM, with some weekends and overtime opportunities. Weekly starting pay is $19 per hour.
Requirements
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 75 or more pounds and perform repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a physical exam and pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Willingness to work long hours in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain quality, cleaning, and repair standards for Honey Bucket units.
- Assist with deliveries, services, and pick-ups.
- Help repair units.
- Set up and dismantle temporary fences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
