About The Position

Blufox Mobile, a preferred retail partner of Comcast Xfinity, is hiring a Sales Associate to help customers select Xfinity solutions and support sales and customer service in a retail setting. The role involves consultative selling of internet, mobile, home security, cable television, voice, and smart home products. Compensation includes hourly base pay and uncapped commission, with advertised expected earnings of $18–$35+ per hour and annual pay of $35,000–$65,000+. Blufox provides paid training and ongoing support, along with performance-based raises, sales-goal rewards, and opportunities for advancement. Career paths may include Lead Sales Associate, Senior Lead, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager. The role also contributes to store operations, merchandising, team goals, and company promotions.

Requirements
