Wraparound Facilitator
About The Position
IPMG is hiring a full-time, hybrid Wraparound Facilitator serving Tippecanoe County, Indiana. The role combines remote work from a designated home office with travel of up to an hour and a half for community-based meetings several times a week. Applicants must reside within Tippecanoe County and be able to travel throughout the county to attend required in-person meetings. The facilitator works with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged children and their families to build a wraparound team, develop a plan based on family strengths and needs, connect families with services and supports, and facilitate regular team meetings to review the plan of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
- At least 24 months of experience in one or more of the following: clinical work, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice, or education in a K-12 setting.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass thorough background screens.
- Designated home office setting with a computer, internet service, and smartphone.
- Must reside within Tippecanoe County, Indiana, and be able to travel throughout the county for community-based meetings.
Responsibilities

- Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review the plan of care.
