This position will be working within the Integrated Infrastructure Services Department and support workspace planning - creating spaces that support the work of the Corporation. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an architectural technology/design, civil engineering technology, interior design, urban planning or related post secondary diploma co-op program. Other education programs with a work experience component may also be considered
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to express ideas and concepts effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to take measurements, record data, and take images to provide relevant visual reference for observations and data collected

Nice To Haves
- Experience using Google Workspace applications or equivalent applications
- Demonstrated ability using AutoCAD and reading architectural plans
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license (or provincial equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Aid with workspace assessments by completing project documentation and liaising with business partners
- Assist in stakeholder relations and functional program creation
- Assist with office furniture management by tracking furniture requests, preparing requests for quotations and attending site meetings
- Design support through space planning, interior design, and furniture layouts
- Assist with workspace booking system and requests for changes
- Assist with vendor and contract management
