Workplace Manager

Sapiom•San Francisco, CA
•Onsite

About The Position

Sapiom is building payment infrastructure for AI agents, enabling agents to make purchases, manage business payments, and buy the compute, inference, and APIs they need. The company connects agents to funding sources and payment methods and uses intent verification and spending controls to ensure transactions match what people and businesses authorized. The Workplace Manager owns Sapiom’s office and the workplace experience, including day-to-day operations, company gatherings, team rituals, offsites, and new hires’ first-day experiences. The role is hands-on and is responsible for running the current small office smoothly while developing processes and plans to support growth. It partners closely with the Head of Strategy & Operations, who owns the company’s operating cadence, budgets, and people decisions; the Workplace Manager owns on-the-ground execution. The role also identifies repetitive work and automates it using AI and modern tools. The position is based in Sapiom’s San Francisco office five days a week, and the company anticipates opportunities for broader scope as it grows.

  • Run a light workplace feedback pulse and automate repetitive workplace tasks using AI and modern tooling.
