About The Position

Aerotek works with 95% of Fortune 500 companies and specializes in staffing and services solutions across manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities, and maintenance. The Workforce Manager serves as the liaison among client managers, the local office, and contract employees, and works at the client site to manage the temporary workforce. The role supports client needs and workforce quality, helps maximize profitability, assists with reporting, and performs customer service activities. Requirements
- Customer- or sales-focused experience.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees.
- Attend client production and/or staff meetings regularly.
- Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
- Manage the temporary workforce at the client site.
- Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
- Use available and appropriate Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
- Perform customer service-related activities.
