About The Position

The Workforce Manager serves as a liaison among client managers, the local office, and contract employees, working at the client site to manage the temporary workforce. The role supports client needs and workforce quality while contributing to profitability, reporting, conflict resolution, and customer service. The base salary is $54,000–$60,000, depending on experience, with potential for a performance-based annual bonus of $2,000. Individual compensation within the range depends on factors including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees.
Regularly attend client production and/or staff meetings.
Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
Use available and appropriate Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
Perform customer-service-related activities.
