The Workforce Manager serves as the liaison among client managers, the local office, and contract employees, and works at the client site to manage the temporary workforce. The role supports client needs and workforce quality while helping maximize profitability. Compensation is a base salary of $54,000–$60,000, based on experience, plus potential for a performance-based annual bonus of $2,000. Individual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Experience in a team-oriented environment.
Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees.
Regularly attend client production and/or staff meetings.
Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
Manage the temporary workforce at the client site.
Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
Use available and appropriate Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
Perform customer service-related activities.
