About The Position

Aerotek is an operating company within Allegis Group, a global talent solutions organization with more than 200 offices nationwide. Aerotek works with 95% of Fortune 500 companies and provides staffing and services solutions in manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities, and maintenance. The Workforce Manager serves as the liaison among client managers, the local office, and contract employees, and manages the temporary workforce at the client site. The role focuses on understanding client needs, providing quality contractors, maximizing profitability, supporting reporting, resolving conflicts using Aerotek resources, and performing customer service activities. The position offers a base salary of $54,000–$60,000 and performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000. Individual compensation depends on factors including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Requirements

Customer- or sales-focused experience.
Experience in a team-oriented environment.
Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees.
Regularly attend client production and/or staff meetings.
Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
Use available and appropriate Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
Perform customer service-related activities.
