About The Position

Aerotek is an operating company within Allegis Group, a global talent solutions provider. It is a privately held organization with more than 200 offices nationwide and works with 95% of Fortune 500 companies, providing staffing and services solutions in manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities, and maintenance. The Workforce Manager works at a client site to manage a temporary workforce and serves as a liaison among client managers, the local office, and contract employees. The position includes attending client production and/or staff meetings, understanding client needs, and providing quality contractors to maximize profitability. The manager also assists with internal and client reporting, uses Aerotek resources to help resolve conflicts, and performs customer service activities. The position offers a base salary of $64,000–$70,000 and potential for a performance-based annual bonus of $2,000.
