The Workforce Manager works at a client site to manage a temporary workforce and serves as a liaison among client managers, the local office, and contract employees. The role supports client workforce needs, profitability, reporting, conflict resolution, and customer service. The base salary is $64,000–$70,000, with potential for a performance-based annual bonus of $2,000. Individual compensation depends on factors including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.

Requirements

Customer- or sales-focused experience.
Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees, including regularly attending client production and/or staff meetings.
Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
Use available and appropriate Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
Perform customer-service-related activities.
