The Workforce Manager works at the client site to manage the temporary workforce and serves as a liaison among client managers, the local office, and contract employees. The role includes attending client production and/or staff meetings, understanding client needs, providing quality contractors, supporting profitability, assisting with reporting, resolving conflicts using Aerotek resources, and performing customer-service activities. The listed base salary is $54,000–$60,000, with potential for a performance-based annual bonus of $2,000. Individual compensation within the range depends on factors including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Requirements

Customer- or sales-focused experience.
Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees.
