About The Position

As a Workforce Architect Analyst I in the FIS University Program, you will support the Workforce Architecture team in building evidence that connects changes in work to workforce decisions. Working with experienced Workforce Architects and functional partners, you will document how work is performed today, analyze how AI and other changes are reshaping tasks and workflows, and translate those changes into implications for roles, skills, capabilities, and capacity. This early-career role is suited to someone who is analytical, curious, and interested in how AI is changing work and the workforce. The two-year, full-time FIS University Program begins in 2027 with AI-Enabled Learning Sprints. Participants take part in team projects, community service activities, and professional development seminars, and work with a team invested in their growth and success. The program includes learning to use AI alongside human judgment, exploring the financial technology industry and FIS, engaging with senior leaders and industry experts, and building practical AI-enabled tools for daily work.
