About The Position

Integrity Wealth is seeking a Shared Services Site Visit Lead to run the firm's in-person advisor engagement program. The Lead coordinates home office visits for prospective advisors and structured field visits to producing practices — bringing operations, service, and supervision resources directly to advisors, and converting findings into action plans with the owning Advisor Success Leader.

Requirements

Five or more years in wealth management field support, advisor engagement, or event and program management.
Program management discipline across a high-volume calendar with multiple stakeholders.
Client-facing polish sufficient to represent the firm in an advisor's own office and to stage a home office visit for a prospect.
Able to coordinate matrixed operations, service, and supervision resources without direct authority.
Bachelor's degree required; willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Run the site visit program across all pods: scheduling, agenda design, and follow-through.
Stage the home office visit experience in recruiting, including leadership, operations, compliance, and field sessions.
Coordinate shared-services delivery on site.
Convert visit findings into action plans with the owning Advisor Success Leader and track closure.
Maintain the engagement calendar and cadence discipline across the full advisor base.
