Where We Need You Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our growing Workday team. What You Can Expect As a Senior Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to identify and manage risk. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods. You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience with Workday SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management.
Familiarity with Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, MIS, Accounting/Finance, etc.)
7+ years working in professional services or industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Nice To Haves

Assessing a Workday SCM platform in the context of a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort is a plus.
Professional Certification such as Workday Financials/Supply Chain or similar strongly preferred.

Create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities.
Contribute to the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
Identify opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities.
Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
Serve as a Workday SCM workstream lead during implementations.
Develop, maintain and update the Workday SCM implementation plan including data conversion, testing, and requirements gathering.
Prepare for and lead Workday SCM design workshops to define requirements, future state process flows, configuration specifications, etc.
Configure Workday SCM and facilitate user testing.
Lead and participate in supplier master data harmonization, conversion and validation efforts, including leveraging AI/ML tools to facilitate the process.
Design and implement solutions leveraging process automation, IoT, big data, AI/ML, predictive analytics, and blockchain.
Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions; lead analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday SCM.
Implement best practices for Workday SCM to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with applicable standards.
Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Workday capabilities, recommending solutions or enhancements.
Lead and perform Workday application control reviews and risk assessments.
Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data.
Establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
Successfully pursue business development opportunities and identify and implement strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
Translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives.
Provide leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
