About The Position

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Workday Core HCM Analyst to support and strengthen the business processes and configuration that support the employee experience. The role works across Workday Core HCM, supporting organizations, positions, job architecture, staffing models, and worker lifecycle transactions, while partnering with teams across integrations, security, and reporting. This hybrid position is based in Frisco, Texas. The schedule is in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. The role focuses on resolving system issues, improving processes, and translating business needs into reliable Workday solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field.
At least 2 years of hands-on Workday Core HCM configuration experience.
Strong understanding of the Workday business process framework and condition rules.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess the broader impact of system changes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical partners.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM business processes, supervisory organizations, job profiles, and staffing models.
Support organizations, positions, job architecture, and worker lifecycle transactions within Workday.
Evaluate potential effects of Core HCM changes on integrations, security, and reporting before implementation.
Troubleshoot Tier 2 and Tier 3 Core HCM production issues, identify root causes, and help implement sustainable fixes.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to support effective, scalable HR processes.
