About The Position

The Workday HCM Analyst role is part of PTG’s one-year Analyst Development Program, designed to build foundational consulting skills while immersing participants in PTG’s culture and processes. Analysts develop expertise in one or more Workday verticals and gain exposure to PTG services while working on client engagements alongside experienced consultants. Participants receive mentorship and career coaching from a mentor and people manager.

On the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) team, Analysts apply their understanding of HR business processes to identify client requirements and configure Workday solutions. The role offers supported, hands-on learning, opportunities to earn certifications aligned with projects, and direct contributions to PTG and its clients. Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or other shared services areas is helpful but not required. Travel is expected to be roughly 20–25%, though it may vary.
