About The Position

The Evergreen Women in Leadership Summit is an opportunity for MBA students to learn about Evergreen's operating model, connect with senior women leaders across the holding company and its portfolio, and explore career paths within Evergreen. The summit aims to educate attendees on Evergreen's 'forever-hold' model, engage them with women leaders through various networking events and workshops, and empower them with skills and frameworks to define their post-MBA goals and leadership journey. The program includes a fireside chat with senior women leaders, operator roundtables, interactive workshops, and a closing reception. A special focus is placed on the eXp program, which places MBA graduates into C-suite roles at portfolio companies. The summit is designed for first- or second-year MBA students interested in entrepreneurship, business operations, and leadership, offering actionable strategies and career insights.

Requirements

Current MBA Student (first-year students are strongly encouraged to apply!)
Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, business operations, and leadership
Available to attend the full day in person on Friday, January 22, 2027, at Evergreen's San Francisco office.
Enthusiastic, personable, and high integrity
Strong analytical mindset with sound business judgment
Leadership presence and a track record of driving results through others
Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive attitude
Tenacity, determination, a strong will to win, and endless curiosity
