About The Position

The Evergreen Women in Leadership Summit is an opportunity for undergraduate students to learn about Evergreen's operating model, connect with senior women leaders, and participate in an accelerated recruiting process for the Summer 2028 investing internship. The summit aims to empower women interested in business and investing by providing insights into career progression, networking opportunities, and workshops to define professional development goals and hone business acumen. Evergreen is a holding company that acquires and operates B2B services companies, with a long-term oriented approach and a people-first mission. They are committed to advancing the success of women in investing roles.

Requirements

Current college sophomore (graduating Spring 2029 / Dec 2028)
Strong academic performance at a leading university (GPA minimum of 3.7)
Demonstrated interest in investing, business operations and leadership
Enthusiastic, personable, and high integrity
Strong analytical mindset committed to developing technical skills, enabling thorough evaluation and understanding of investment decisions
Attention to detail and organized with a proactive attitude
Brings tenacity, determination, a strong will-to-win, and endless curiosity
Resourcefulness: can find a means to success in foreign environments
Coachable: actively pursues feedback & development
Accountable: takes ownership for business performance; answers for challenges/failures
Selfless team-player: puts the mission and teammates ahead of themselves
