About The Position

The Evergreen Women in Leadership Summit is an opportunity for current MBA students to learn about Evergreen's operating model, connect with senior women leaders, and explore career paths within the company. The summit focuses on educating attendees about Evergreen's 'forever-hold' model, capital allocation, and leadership support within their portfolio companies. It offers engagement through operator roundtables, workshops, and a reception, as well as empowerment through business judgment workshops and exploration of post-MBA goals, including the eXp program which places MBA graduates into C-suite roles. The summit is designed for first- or second-year MBA students interested in entrepreneurship, providing actionable strategies, leadership frameworks, and career insights.

Requirements

Current MBA Student (first-year students are strongly encouraged to apply!)
Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, business operations, and leadership
Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, personable, high integrity, strong analytical mindset with sound business judgment, leadership presence, track record of driving results, detail-oriented, organized, proactive attitude, tenacity, determination, strong will to win, endless curiosity, resourceful.
