About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Wireless Sales Pro to work in the wireless services section of a Walmart in Arab, Alabama. The role involves selling wireless services, carrier plans, accessories, and related products; welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable solutions. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, and/or event environments.
• Engage consumers about post-paid and prepaid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Welcome customers courteously, offer assistance, assess their needs, and suggest products or services that fit those needs.
• Provide information about products and services and help customers make selections with confidence.
• Learn to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and established monthly or weekly sales quotas.
• Accurately document and report sales, track and communicate activity to Retail Operations, and submit paperwork completely and accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and celebrate success.
• Keep the work station or kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
