About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Pros to represent wireless products and solutions in retail locations. Sales Pros connect shoppers with products they want and need, act as wireless experts, and close sales using hustle, creativity, and problem-solving. The role offers a competitive hourly base rate with uncapped commission potential; the top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20 per hour, including base pay and commissions. Employees can use their authentic selling style and may have opportunities for career advancement. Requirements

• Bring a high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Be motivated to excel in a commission sales role.
• Be willing and driven to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.
• Be able to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Maintain flexibility to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by making new phone sales, completing upgrades, and bundling accessories.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product bundles to shoppers.
• Help shoppers enjoy new products through setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in excellent condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members in completing tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service while acting with integrity.
