About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to work in its wireless retail locations. The role connects shoppers with wireless products and solutions, serving as a wireless expert and closing sales through customer engagement, creativity, and problem-solving. Compensation includes an hourly base rate and commission, with top-performing sales professionals earning upwards of $20 per hour. The position offers opportunities for career advancement and coaching, and health benefit plans include no-copay telemedicine regardless of hours worked.

Requirements

• A high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Motivation to excel in an uncapped-commission sales role.
• Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Driven to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Help shoppers enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide fantastic service while displaying integrity.
