About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to represent wireless products and solutions in retail locations. Sales Pros connect shoppers with products they want and need, explain wireless options, and close sales through proactive customer engagement, creativity, and problem-solving. The role offers an hourly base rate with commission-based earning potential, opportunities for career advancement, coaching, and health benefit plans that include no-copay telemedicine regardless of hours worked.

Requirements

• A high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Motivation to excel in a commission sales role.
• Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Willingness and drive to learn; prior sales experience or wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Help shoppers enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in excellent condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide fantastic customer service while demonstrating integrity.
