About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to represent wireless products and solutions in retail locations. Sales Pros connect shoppers with products they want and need, serve as wireless experts, and close sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving. The role offers a competitive hourly base rate with commission potential; the top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20 per hour including base pay and commissions. The company also offers opportunities for career advancement, coaching, and health benefit plans that include no-copay telemedicine regardless of hours worked.

Requirements

High-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
Resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
Motivation to excel in a commission sales role.
Ability to stand and move around during 8–10-hour shifts.
Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
Drive to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales goals by selling new phones, upgrades, and bundled accessories.
Proactively start conversations with customers.
Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
Help shoppers enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete tasks.
Provide fantastic service while demonstrating integrity.
