About The Position
Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to work in wireless retail locations across North America. Sales Pros connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions, serve as wireless experts, and close sales through initiative, creativity, and problem-solving. The role offers a competitive hourly base rate with commissions and unlimited earnings potential; the top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20 per hour including base pay and commissions. Requirements
- A high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
- Resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
- Motivation to excel in a commission-based sales role.
- Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
- Flexibility to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
- Willingness to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not required.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
- Proactively start conversations with customers.
- Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
- Help shoppers set up and activate new products.
- Keep wireless planogram displays stocked and in excellent condition.
- Motivate, coach, and lead team members in completing assigned tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service while demonstrating integrity.
