About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to represent wireless products and solutions in retail locations. Sales Pros connect shoppers with products they want and need, serve as wireless experts, and close sales through initiative, creativity, and problem-solving. The role offers an hourly base rate with commission earning potential and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• A high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Resilience and resourcefulness in approaching customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Motivation to excel in a commission sales role.
• Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Willingness to learn; prior sales experience or wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Help shoppers learn to use new products through setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in excellent condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members in completing tasks.
• Provide fantastic service and act with integrity.
