About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Pros to represent wireless products and solutions in retail locations. The role connects shoppers with wireless products they want and need, provides clear recommendations, and closes sales through customer engagement, creativity, and problem-solving. Sales Pros also help shoppers set up and activate their purchases and maintain wireless product displays. No prior sales experience or wireless-category knowledge is required, but candidates must be motivated to learn.

Requirements

• A high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Motivation to excel in a commission-based sales role.
• Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Driven to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to shoppers.
• Help shoppers enjoy their new products through setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in excellent condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide excellent service while demonstrating integrity.
