About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions in retail locations. Sales Pros serve as wireless experts, closing sales through initiative, creativity, and problem-solving. The role offers an hourly base rate with commission-based earning potential; the top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20 per hour including base pay and commissions. Employees can use their own selling style and may have opportunities for career advancement, coaching, and health benefit plans that include no-copay telemedicine regardless of hours worked.

Requirements

• Display a high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Be motivated to excel in a commission sales role.
• Be able to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Be flexible to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Be driven to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by making new phone sales, processing upgrades, and bundling accessories.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product bundles to buyers.
• Help shoppers enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in excellent condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide excellent service while demonstrating integrity.
