About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to represent wireless products and solutions in retail locations across North America. The role connects shoppers with products and services, supports sales through customer-focused problem-solving, and provides opportunities to earn commissions. Sales Professionals explain wireless solutions, recommend products, help shoppers set up and activate purchases, and maintain wireless displays. Prior sales experience or wireless-category knowledge is not required, but candidates must be motivated to learn.

Requirements

• A high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Resilience and resourcefulness when intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Motivation to excel in a commission-based sales role.
• Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Willingness to learn; prior sales experience and existing wireless-category knowledge are not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by selling new phones, upgrades, and bundled accessories.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Help shoppers enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in excellent condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service while demonstrating integrity.
