About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to represent wireless products and solutions in retail locations. The role focuses on connecting shoppers with products they want and need, serving as a wireless expert, and closing sales through initiative, creativity, and problem-solving. Sales Professionals work toward sales goals, help customers understand and choose wireless solutions, and guide them through setup and activation.

The position offers a competitive hourly base rate with commission potential; the top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20 per hour including base pay and resulting commissions. Employees can use their own selling style and may have career advancement opportunities. Premium also describes a coaching-focused team culture and health benefit plans that include no-copay telemedicine regardless of hours worked.

Requirements

• A high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Resilience and resourcefulness when intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Motivation to excel in a commission sales role.
• Ability to stand or move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Driven to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Help shoppers enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide fantastic customer service while demonstrating integrity.
