About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to work in retail locations and connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions. Sales Pros serve as wireless experts, using creativity, hustle, and problem-solving to close sales. The role offers an hourly base rate plus commission, with unlimited earnings potential; the top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20 per hour including base pay and commissions. Requirements

• Be driven to learn; prior sales experience and existing knowledge of the wireless category are not mandatory.
• Display a high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Be motivated to excel in a commission sales role.
• Provide excellent service while displaying integrity.
• Be able to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Maintain flexibility to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers to use new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete tasks.
