About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to represent wireless products and solutions in retail locations. The role focuses on connecting shoppers with products they want and need, serving as a wireless expert, and closing sales through customer engagement, creativity, and problem-solving. The position offers a competitive hourly base rate with commission earning potential, opportunities for career advancement, and coaching from the team. Health benefit plans include no-copay telemedicine, regardless of hours worked.

Requirements

• Display a high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Be motivated to excel in a commission sales role.
• Be driven to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.
• Be able to stand or move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to use new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide fantastic customer service while displaying integrity.
