About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions in retail locations. The role focuses on meeting sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling; helping customers understand and choose wireless solutions; and supporting product setup and activation. Sales Professionals also maintain wireless planogram displays and contribute to a high-energy, service-oriented team.

Requirements

• Be driven to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.
• Display a high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness when intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Be motivated to excel in a commission sales role.
• Provide fantastic service while displaying integrity.
• Be able to stand or move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to use new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete tasks.
