About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to represent wireless products and solutions in retail locations. The role connects shoppers with products they want and need, provides clear explanations and recommendations, and closes sales through customer engagement, creativity, and problem-solving. Sales Pros also help customers set up and activate new products and maintain wireless displays. The role offers an hourly base rate with commission potential, career advancement opportunities, coaching, and health benefit plans that include no-copay telemedicine regardless of hours worked.

Requirements

• Be driven to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless category knowledge is not mandatory.
• Display a high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Be motivated to excel in a commission sales role.
• Provide excellent service while displaying integrity.
• Be able to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by selling new phones, upgrades, and bundled accessories.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Help shoppers enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete tasks.
