About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Pros to represent wireless products and solutions in retail locations. Sales Pros connect shoppers with products they want and need, serve as wireless experts, and close sales through creativity, hustle, and problem-solving. The role offers an hourly base rate with commission potential and opportunities for career advancement. Prior sales experience or wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory, but successful candidates must be motivated to learn.

Requirements

• A high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Motivation to excel in a commission sales role.
• Ability to stand and move around during 8–10-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Driven to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by selling new phones, upgrades, and accessory bundles.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Help shoppers set up and activate new products.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in excellent condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide fantastic customer service while demonstrating integrity.
