About The Position

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail locations in North America, supported by a sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. Wireless Sales Pros connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions, acting as wireless experts and closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving. The role offers a competitive hourly base rate with unlimited earnings potential; the top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20+ per hour, including base pay and commissions. Requirements

• High-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Resilience and resourcefulness when intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Motivation to excel in an uncapped-commission sales role.
• Ability to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Willingness and drive to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers to use new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service while displaying integrity.
