About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Pros to represent wireless products and solutions in retail locations. The role connects shoppers with products they want and need, provides wireless expertise, and closes sales through customer engagement, problem-solving, and service. Compensation includes an hourly base rate plus commissions, with unlimited earnings potential; the top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20 per hour including base pay and commissions. The position offers opportunities for career advancement, coaching, and health benefit plans that include no-copay telemedicine regardless of hours worked.

Requirements

• Be driven to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.
• Have a high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness when engaging customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Be motivated to excel in a commission sales role.
• Be able to stand and move around for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Be flexible to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Help shoppers enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
• Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete tasks.
• Provide fantastic service while displaying integrity.
