About The Position
OSL is hiring a Wireless Sales Manager to lead operations at a wireless kiosk location in partnership with Walmart Canada. Reporting directly to the District Manager, the manager oversees daily operations, leads and develops the sales team, ensures strong customer experiences, and drives sales performance and profitability. The role requires retail management experience in wireless or electronics and flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends. The position is full-time and includes a competitive base salary, commissions, and quarterly performance bonuses. The stated annual earnings range is $50,000–$65,000, with potential to earn more. Requirements
- Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, including a proactive approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Physical ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily wireless department operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage and supervise sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Drive sales targets and performance goals by motivating the team and implementing sales strategies.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services and ensure the team is informed.
- Monitor inventory and ensure products are stocked and displayed according to company standards.
- Oversee customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct team meetings about sales targets, promotions, and operational changes.
- Analyze sales figures, forecast sales, and adapt strategies to market trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing department on promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Manage the department budget, including labor costs, supplies, and other expenses.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sales area.
- Report sales results, potential customer issues, and department performance to upper management.
- Perform other duties as needed.
