About The Position

As a Verizon Wireless Zone Sales Associate, you will build business and expand the store’s reputation by providing attentive, helpful, and friendly service to create and retain loyal Verizon Wireless customers. You will maintain current training on Verizon Wireless products and services, policies, and procedures. You will sell and service Verizon Wireless plans and products, troubleshoot customer problems, and resolve issues. The role is in a fast-paced, changing sales environment, with the opportunity to earn financial rewards through solid sales results. The franchise encourages employees to serve and volunteer in the communities where they live and work. The franchise is hiring for five retail store locations serving Mendota Heights, Rosemount, Hastings, and Farmington, Minnesota. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate at hire and commission eligibility after completing required training. The advertised annual compensation range is $35,000–$60,000.

Requirements

Sales or customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with a variety of computer programs.
Reliability and punctuality.
Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Spanish bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations.
