About The Position

As a Verizon Wireless Zone Sales Associate, you will build business and expand the store’s reputation by providing attentive, helpful, and friendly service that creates and retains loyal Verizon Wireless customers. You will maintain current training on Verizon Wireless products and services, policies, and procedures. You will sell and service Verizon wireless plans and products, troubleshoot customer problems, and resolve issues. This is a fast-paced, changing sales environment with the potential for significant financial rewards based on sales results. The role is based at one of five retail store locations serving Mendota Heights, Rosemount, Hastings, and Farmington, Minnesota. The company encourages employees to volunteer in the communities where they live and work. The position offers a competitive hourly rate at hire. Employees become eligible for commission after completing all required training; the posting also notes commission can be earned in 30–60 days.

Requirements

Sales or customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with a variety of computer programs.
Reliable and punctual.
Available for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Spanish bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations.
